General Rules:

Details of the Article with all supportive material (as required)
would be furnished to General Secretary along with this proposal. In
addition, Soft copies are preferable. If your contribution contains
material from other sources, please provide source reference for those
portions.
2.
The Article shall be
either in Bengali, English or Hindi only. A suitable Title and Authors
name of the contribution is necessary. Photograph may accompany your
Article.
3.
Committee reserves the right to reject or edit any submitted
articles.
4.
Committee
welcomes Letters. But anonymous letter shall not be considered. The
committee shall also have the right to reject or edit letters for
brevity, clarity and libellous or slanderous statements.
Articles / items having
derogatory statements involving individuals shall be rejected.
